  listed in the 1818 voter's list in Lawrence County, TN More information on Thomas Jefferson Chronister's mother, Tinzey Greenville Garrison. Her father was John Garrison, who is listed in the 1818 voter's list in Lawrence County, TN, but beyond that, I cannot find which famil he is from. In the 1850 census in AR, Thomas and Tennesse are living next door to Adam and Tinzey and a John Alfred Garrison and his wife Indianna and their children live next to Thomas and Tennessee. Also, not far away is a John Garrison and his young wife, Polly. His appears too young to be Tinzey's father, but could be her brother. Tinzy claimed to be Cherokee. Do you have any info on her or her parents? i have a copy of a marriage bond for a John Garrison and Elizabeth Johnson in 1804 in Lincoln County, NC. It was in some info a cousin sent me. I know the Chronisters lived in lincoln County, NC before moving to Tennessee.
