(Not sure this is the correct Jesse Morgan, but with a daughter named Delpha, it is very likely, despite the wrong birthplace for his mother)

If so, then we find him again listed as a widow in Sharp Co, Arkansas, living in the home of his wife's parents, Sam and Nancy Fookes, with two children, Josephine (b. Jan 1883) and Jefferson J. (b. Nov 1883).

The birth of Jefferson so close after Josephine could well have been the cause of Elizabeth's death...

However, in 1910, Jesse is living with wife "Lizzie" of the same age:

These look like Jesse's children, being taken care of for him after his wife's death. 10 years later some are back with him and his new wife "Lizzie".
RESEARCH: Who is this Georgie A Morgan? Probably the widow of one of Jesse's brothers...
